When reserving your Cozumel beach activities please keep in mind that due to the nature of our activities they can be canceled at any moment without prior warning due to but not limited to Bad Weather conditions, Ship does not come into port, etc. Any cancel request must be 48 hrs before your scheduled activity with the exception of your ship changing course. Any cancellations made after the 48 hrs prior to your scheduled activity will forfeit your deposit.
